Valuation matters through the Valuation Office and saddled with the responsibility of Valuating, computing and compiling of all ratable properties throughout the State. It also includes coordination and standardization of rating activities throughout the 57 Local Government Area of Lagos State.
Coordination of the Parastatals Monitoring Office by ensuring that State parastatals are managed and run in accordance with the Administrative guidelines.
Coordination of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Coordination of the Special Duties and Inter Governmental Relations
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Governor.
